China built a new city called Kilamba in Angola with $3.5 billion — China also built modern railways and other infrastructures in Kenya Nigeria  etc  

China has an oil-for-infrastructure deal with the Angolan government. Did US, UK or France ever offered any African country this kind of deal??

Few people were said to initially lived in the 78 storey apartments of Kilamba because of high cost of rent —but when the rent was slashed, many moved in. The city also hosts car races and drifting.

The western government always criticize China's presence in Africa, but what have we benefitted from the West for over 400 years till now?

They've invaded us, killed and kidnapped our people, they distorted our history and destroyed us as a human reality, they used Africa as testing ground after cooking their viruses and other horrible biological weapons. 

Their continuous neo-colonialism has rendered many African societies underdeveloped, the leaders who opposed their total hegemony in Africa were all assassinated or overthrown. 

They said China is giving us loans that we will not be able to pay back — well I think that is left for the government of any African country to make a fair deal, after all China isn't forcing them to get loans.

The point is that, China isn't forcing anyone to take their deals, neither are they invading any African country to steal their resources.

Whereas the West has been impoverishing us for over 400 years!

It is better for us to utilize our resources efficiently by ourselves and develop our own societies, however I'll rather trade with those who want to build infrastructure in my country in exchange for raw materials, than trade with those who want all my raw materials without giving nothing back in return!
