One reason I see US media as an enemy of the people [ Don Harder]

Western media is another arm of the US war machine. They are killers with pens.

22 years ago, I and a group of anti-war minded people, including K-street coalitions  and just individuals in opposition to both the concept of war of aggression and of the US/NATO engaging in an egregious violation of the sovereign state of Yugoslavia, got together in a futile effort to try and stop the damned thing. 

Our efforts led to around 20,000 people or so showing up at the Washington Mall for a peace march to the Pentagon. 

In that group, around 20 big, muscular-looking guys dressed in some form of traditional red-colored uniform that made them look kind of like a mix between Braveheart warriors and maybe more modern bag pipe-totin' kilt wearers. Most had their heads shaved and they had a lot of tattoos. 

At the time, I didn't think much of it. I snapped a few photos of them as they made a spectacle and then forgot about them. 

That evening, we watched the news: LARGE SERBIAN SKINHEAD RALLY HELD DEFYING NATO

This is just one reason I see US media as an enemy of the people.

They weren't Serbs at all in real life. I think they were agent provocateurs sent by whomever to paint a peaceful anti war protest as a sectarian skinhead rally. The US government is pretty evil and engages in this kind of activity all the time. It's like the guy dressed like a caveman who joined the crowds who entered the congressional chambers earlier this year, disrupting potential hearings on the vote count.
